DeskrifansGlyncorrwg village - geograph.org.uk - 362006.jpg
English: Glyncorrwg village The village of Glyncorrwg used to be a mining village. When the mines closed in the late 20th century the village went into decline, but has recently seen an unexpected surge in tourism. This is due to the spectacular geography around the area. Not for scenery, but because it has been realised as one of the top 10 mountain biking locations in the world and the building of the nearby mountain biking centre has helped this surge.
